I'm very light and sound sensitive right now. Looking out a window, even when it's this drab and dreary, produces a stab of pain behind my eyelids.
I'm currently suffering a low-level headache from the noise level coming from the apartment upstairs. It's not that it's any louder than usual, but it's too loud for me right now.
I just want quiet darkness until this part of being ill morphs into the next, unknown phase or goes away.
