valkryorI spied a great big van in the driveway and Job, the black lab downstairs has been barking at someone strange coming into the building. Plus I heard water (we have natural gas heated water heat in this building) moving in the pipes, like it does when the furnace is first turned on...
I dare not hope that the furnace guys are here replacing the beast in the basement.
I also dare not hope that there will be proper heat by tonight.
But dammit! I'm cold and a little hope that there will be heat again is a nice thing...
UPDATE: Still no heat. The new furnace is in the building but not installed. Maybe today? Still not holding my breath on that, though.
