We were bad this weekend and spent money we just didn't have. But we needed a new desk chair since two of the castors refused to stay attached at random intervals, ensuring that sitting was an interesting experience each and every time. And between the weekend furniture sale at Zellers and a coupon that came with movie stuff I got for my birthday, we ended up with a leather chair for $30.

It's not the greatest chair, but it was both cheap and needed. And the leather covering should last, too.

(The reason I'm so excited is this: I received Neil Gaiman's Anansi Boys for my birthday, but in the middle of reading it late Saturday night, I made the horrific discovery that I was missing 32 pages. It had to go back and the replacement showed up today. w00t! Now I can finish reading it!)

It's official. I'm now bored. I'm even doing housework to pass the time which means that yes, I am *that* bored. And I already finished my book. Damn.
