It seems like an alarming trend...me, getting away from the computer and under the harsh rays of the unrepentent daystar and enjoying every minute of it. I could have walked longer to, but more than 40 minutes in one go is pushing it. So even though it was pleasant to get my muscles moving, I shouldn't overdo it either.
I went out in a light jacket and was warm enough, even with the wind. I wasn't even really thinking anything beyond flits of surface thoughts like "let's go this way" or "that's a nice house".
I did notice, though, the strangely even number of Liberal, Conservative and NDP signs. On one hand, it's alarming to see so much blue signage, but on the other, strangely good to see so much orange. There was even one house that had a blue and an orange one! Weird.
As much as I need to find employment, I'm enjoying being able to get outside and go for a walk on a whim. And at least it's not costing me anything to do so.
