Since there seems to be some confusion about this, Daylight Savings Time starts on Sunday March 10.

You will note that it is this Sunday, and not the first Sunday in April, as it was last year (and every year since 1987).

Clocks go back the first Sunday of November.

I've been banging my head against this all week. I'm sure *something* at work is going to blow up. Blahh!

[livejournal.com profile] fuzzpsych seemed surprised because he's been getting deluged with calls, too.

I know that our system at home will change over fine, since the patch was downloaded with some other security updates weeks ago.

Yeah. At work I've patched everything that can be patched, and I've manually edited the timezone files for the NT4 servers.

The two remaining gaps: Exchange 5.5 and our ancient Nortel Meridian ICS phone system.

I'm doing all I can with them but a lot of it will be complete "wait and see what happens".

That seems to be the best plan of action. And if everthing's covered, there's no use being stressed out about it until it happens (or doesn't happen). Prepared is good, stress, at this point, is, well, pointless. :)
