Well, the lining went together with very little fuss. It fits the baby over a thick cotton knit sleeper. It's a little snug, but the sleeper is thicker than the tee, so it should be fine. I had some doubts about the hood, so I'm surprised that it's neither too big nor too small. I still hate that pink fabric, but it was less obnoxious to work with than I was anticipating. The jacket's not done yet, so there's still time for a heap of frustration.
Tomorrow, it's finally time to put scissors to the hunk of cotton velvet that I've had for almost a year. The pants are done, as is the overskirt (both fit..yay!), so I'm almost there.
It's going fairly well. I was expecting a lot more headaches since I made the patterns.
