I know the days are getting shorter, but part of me is busy counting down the days until the end of Daylight Savings Time (only 1 week to go!). I know that it's pretty arbitrary (now more than it was a few years ago), but getting up when the sky is lighter than pitch would be nice. Since I don't have to be at work until 1, I don't get up with an alarm and usually roll out of bed between 7 and 730. The getting-up-and-it's-still-dark is wreaking havoc with my internal clock (and, by extension, my depression) and I would like that to stop now.
