The only thing I was really looking forward to was sleeping in my own bed with my own pillow. In our absence, the pillows were switched and now I can't get back to sleep.

I was so tired last night that I didn't notice. I had a really disconcerting dream where I was convinced that I was sleeping on a car seat pad, so I put it on the floor. A little while later I woke up enough to pull the pillow off the floor and that's when I discovered that it was foam and not feather. I didn't sleep much after that and after probably an hour of tossing and turning, I just gave up and got up.
