The US election is over (although it still looks like all the votes in Ohio are going to be counted) and while I'm really disappointed with the results, I'm not all that surprised. People have this obnoxious habit of believing everything they read/hear, especially when it comes from on high (or government), without question. If you do question it, then you're being seditious, and no one wants to be labelled a traitor.
So it looks like the war on terror continues, along with the less well acknowledged war on free speech.
