I had a decent night's sleep, but I still feel empty. Not hollow or lacking, just empty. It's almost as if I'm waiting for something and am holding my breath, but there's no anticipation. I'm surprisingly centred, but I get the sense that it's the eye of a hurricane, a dead calm before the maelstrom advances inland.
