valkryor | Still as Big as a House, But...

So I had yet another obstetrical appointment yesterday and there's actually some good news. For starters, I didn't have to have my cervix fondled (and that, as far as I'm concerned is always a Good Thing). And my feet, which have been really really swollen lately are an indicator (according to the doctor, anyway) that the baby's started to drop (or engage, or lighten...whatever term you want to use) a little. It looks like things are moving forward again after a few weeks of stasis. I'll probably still be overdue (most first time moms are), but here's hoping I'm not that overdue.
